Terms of service

Sheila helps you work through marketing problems. When a job needs a person, we can introduce you to an independent expert. We guide you and make the introduction. We are not your main marketing agency unless we agree to that in writing.

Sheila is an AI assistant. She can be confidently wrong, out of date, or miss context about your business. Treat her suggestions as a starting point and use your own judgement before spending money or making promises. We are not responsible for decisions you make based on what she says.

Keep your login details to yourself and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You're responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 and using the service for a business.

• Don't upload anything unlawful, harmful, or that you don't have the right to share.
• Don't use the service to send spam or to build a competing product.
• Don't try to break the service, make it stop working or copy how it was built.

What you upload stays yours. You allow us to use it only to provide the service. This includes sending it to the AI service that writes Sheila's reply. We won't use your content to train other companies' AI systems.

Experts are independent businesses. Any agreement for their work is between you and them, and they set their own prices and terms. We screen who joins the network and stand behind the quality of the match, but we're not responsible for their work or behaviour.

Where a paid plan or referral fee applies, the price and payment terms are shown before you commit. Fees are exclusive of any tax that applies where you are.

We aim to keep the service running but can't promise it will never be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we're not responsible for lost profit, lost income or losses that happen as a side effect. The most we would pay is the greater of what you paid us in the last 12 months or £100. This does not limit anything the law says cannot be limited.

You can close your account whenever you like, and we'll delete your data as described in the privacy notice. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms.

These terms are between you and SHEILA AI LTD (company number SC906169). The laws of Scotland apply to these terms, and its courts will settle any dispute, unless the law where you live must apply instead.
