When you sign in, we save a secure sign-in code in your browser so you stay logged in and your saved chats load. Without it the account side of the site can't work, so these don't need consent. They expire when your session ends or after a short period of inactivity.

If we add tools to see which pages help people, we'll ask you first. You can say no and still use the whole site.

If you click Accept, we load the Meta Pixel (from Meta Platforms, who run Facebook and Instagram). It tells Meta when you visit a page, send the "Find my specialist" form, sign up or buy Plus, so we can see which ads work and show them to people likely to find them useful. Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own privacy policy. We don't send your chats, files, name or email to Meta.

If you click No thanks, the pixel never loads. We keep a note of your choice and when you made it in your browser. You can change your mind at any time:

Every browser lets you block or delete cookies in its settings. Blocking the necessary ones will stop you signing in, but you can still browse the site and chat with Sheila.
